Goat Brie

I purchased a couple of small rounds of Goat Brie..Anyone ever used this before? Ideas other than a pizza?

Get some bread, avocado and prosciutto, and fry up an egg. On pasta with pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. With Marmite on bread.

I simply spread some on crostini with some fig jam and eat!
