Pho Hoa? Still There?

Was in uptown on sunday and was craving pho, so remembering this board's suggestions from before I decided to try pho hoa. Google Maps on my phone gave its address as 4925G N Broadway, but the pho shop at that location was called Le's Pho. Went ahead and gave it a shot, thought it was decent but not great. I prefer the place in Columbus Park in KCMO I used to go before moving back here, but the prices were good, it passed the "the crappier the decor at an asian restaurant, the better the food" test and the "I'm the only white dude in here" test.

Pros: Fresh greenery, lots of "stuff" in the pho, very flavorful.
Cons: a little saltier than I'm used to, and not very aromatic, I couldn't smell the lemongrass / star anise / whatever, and my iced coffee wasn't prepared to order but came out room-temp. I got the pho dac biet, and was expecting meatballs in addition to the fatty brisket and rare steak and tripe & tendon.

Next time, I'll give pho 777 or tank noodle a shot, but wanted to ask if this is the same place that's been discussed previously or if the new name implies new management.
