Lunch on 281 between DFW and San Antonio

Any suggestions for a place to grab lunch on 281? No particular cuisine needed, but probably would not be interested in BBQ. Not that I am expecting anything nice, but by way of comparison I plan on having lunch at Paloma Blanca in San Antonio and The Roaring Fork in Austin the other two days on my trip.
