Dinner Tonight - AOC, Lucques?

Looking for a great place to take out some visitors to LA. They were recommended the above places, but I was wondering if there is anything better? Looking for good food and atmosphere...something they will rave about when they go home!

You can't go wrong with either, but today is Lucques annual barbecue and I might be wrong, but I think reservations filled up weeks ago.
