Looking forward to sour orange season, I've been searching for a good preserve and jam pan. The Mauviel copper pan is out of my price range, and I've given up looking for a Maslin pan. But I've discovered Old Dutch makes copper preserving pans at less than half the Mauviel price. Has any one tried them? Or is that price too good to be true?
