I would love to get everyone opinions about their favorite jerky available out there. I know we have some local ones in the Louisiana area, Pappy Kershenstein, Bourgeois, but I really want to know what you think are the best ones...

I love Alien Fresh Jerky in Baker, CA. It's a mandatory stop on any roadtrip to Vegas from SoCal. My favorites are the Colon Cleaner Hot and the Abducted Cow Teriyaki Jerky. And their garlic onion pistachios should not be missed either.
