Taiwanese/Korean Shaved Ice

I'm desperate for shaved ice...I've been getting it at a fro-yo placed called Yofruit (or something close to that) on Mulberry Street, but it's kind of exorbitantly priced (i.e. I'm having shaved ice for dinner...not that there's anything wrong with that). If anyone has some more wallet-friendly suggestions for shaved ice, I'd so appreciate it. (I usually keep it simple and just get fruit + condensed milk + mochi, though I've liked halo-halo when I've had it).

    1. Check out the ABC and chendol at Nyonya, on Grand by Mulberry. Only $3.50 each, both are large and very tasty!

      1. Jobee, the recently reopened Taiwanese place on Howard, has it. Haven't tried it but I spied a sign in the window.
