What kind of clothes do people where to this restaurant during lunch? Also, how much should I expect to pay per person at lunch without any alcoholic drinks?

Business casual...no flip-flops... $35 to $40 pp...Marimba!

Agree with dress code, but think cost per person could be slightly higher than $40. One of the prix fixe options (and I think you mentioned on another thread that you might be interested in the same) is $45.
