Portland Brunch

  • 9

I have had many good meals at Bintliff's American Cafe, but it has been several years. Anyone have any recent comments on them. Will be in Portland in the next few days.

  1. Bintliff's is still good - serving pretty much standard fare. For something less ordinary try the brunch at Caiola's.

      1. Local 188 has very good brunch as well as the Marriott Hotel

        1. I have heard that 555 has an excellent Sunday brunch

          1. Bintliff's is fine, but there are better options these days. Try Artemisia, Chef et al, or a new favorite of mine just outside the city in Westbrook, the Frog & Turtle.

            1. The Front Room is nice on Sunday, and you get to walk it off with an Eastern Prom walk after!

              1. Bintliff's is still just Bintliffs, nothing new or exciting. Try the Front Room, Pat's Meat Market & Cafe also has a nice brunch, My new favorite is the Bayou Cafe, great spicy well done food...

                1. Vignola is currently my favorite brunch in Portland. Great food cocktails and beer list.

                  1. Though I haven't had their brunch, I hear that 555 has a terrific one.
