Taste of India (Brandon Florida)

Has anybody tried Taste of India on SR60 in Brandon. I am not very familiar with Indian food, but I went on Friday for lunch and I thought it was pretty good. I arrived at about 11:45 and it was almost empty. When I left at around 12:40 it was packed, I had no idea there were so many Indian people in the area. Almost all of the customers were Indian, this makes me think the food must be authentic. I thought the food was tasty, but again it was my first experience with this cuisine.

Any other experiences out there?

Beautiful restaurant, princess waitress, extensive and interesting buffet items, and most everything was delicious...

I tried the lunch buffet there with some cowokers a few weeks ago. It was had a good variety of foods and everything tasted good. I didn't like the Lamb Korma - too watery.

IMHO, not as good as the buffet at Cilantro's (on 56th street).

Darn! I was in the area today and totally forgot about it!
I went to Lupton's BBQ buffet near Busch and 56th... It was just OK...

Yes, they have a lunch buffet.

Again I am not very familiar with Indian food, but this stuff sure was tasty. I just wondered if anybody else has tried it, and how does it compare?
