Online historic menu collections?

Xiao Yang Aug 8, 2008 08:42 AM

THe Chow "Obsessives" video feature on the New York Public Library's vast menu collection led me to wondering if it was on-line, and indeed it is! I started wondering about other on-line sources of digitized menus, and complied a short list in a few minutes of searching. I recall also stumbling across a University of Michigan (?) source but couldn't find a link. Can anybody add to this list? Collections with at least a sample of digitized menus only, please.
