Recipe Organization!!

So, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has piles of recipes, online and IRL. I finally figured out a great way to organize my online recipes. I have a google account, but they're free, so if you don't have one, no worries.

Notebook.google.com is a way to "browse, clip, and organize information from across the web in a single online location that's accessible from any computer."

So what I do is type or copy/paste each recipe in as a new note, and then add a label saying what it is. For example, a coleslaw recipe would be labeled: Salad, Side, Vegetable. You can make any label you want, like Italian, Vegan, Family Recipe, Super-yummy, whatever. Then, all your labels show up on the side so if you're looking for a soup recipe, all you do is click soup and up pop all the recipes you've labeled soup.

Pretty cool. And the best part is, I can get at all my recipes anywhere I can get on the net. :-)
