Ottawa resto suggestions?

Greetings from your southern cousins! I am sadly losing my dear friends and neighbors to the Great White (but currently Green) North this weekend, and I'd like to send them off with a reminder of the many evenings we spent dining and drinking together. I wonder if anyone could recommend a good restaurant where I might be able to secure a gift certificate that might soften their Canadian landing? Doesn't have to be expensive, but it does have to have good (hopefully creative, or inspired) food and good wine.
