Need Recs between Ontario-Pasadena open late

My sister is coming to visit me for two days later this month, but her flight gets into Ontario around 9 PM. So, I need to find a good, CH-friendly place to eat between the Ontario airport and Pasadena open late. Maybe sushi, Mexican, something ethnic she can't get where she lives (in Spokane). Nothing super fancy or pricey. I'm a vegetarian who occasionally eats seafood, and she'll pretty much eat anything.

Already on her list of places to hit up while here are dumplings in the SGV and some La Serenata in Boyle Heights.

Whositz in Whatchamacallit is open until 3 a.m., I believe.

Also, don't forget Donut Man in Glendora for dessert (open 24 hours).

Oh, Whositz = Krua Thai; Whatchamacallit = West Covina. It's actually open until 3:30 a.m., I see.

There should be some places in Upland or Clairmont near the college. Pasadena should also have some decent eats, if you can wait till you get there.
