Devon street: take away chapatti/naan and samosas

I live close to Devon Street and I am having an Indian theme dinner party. I will cook the main dishes myself, but I want to pick up chapatti / naan / samosas premade. Could I have suggestions as to what business might be the tastiest and budget friendly option?

Also, I was looking for fresh fenugreek (methi) but I couldn't find it at International Fresh Farms or Pater Brothers. Who knows where I can buy some?
