Cafe Noura/ Eat A Pita

I'm sure there's a thread about these awesomely awesome now-defunct Middle Eastern eateries, but does anyone know--will the owners ever open anything again?? I really miss both places (but esp Noura!)

I knew Eat-A-Pita was closed but not Noura... Damn! Everytime I went in there, at least half the tables were always full. I used to take dates there when I was younger and impress them by eating around the fire pit.

Noura has been closed for quite awhile. Comme ca went into the space. I miss both Eat-A-Pita and Noura. Both were always good and reliable.

Nope, no key money. Just a tenant whose lease expired that chose not to renew at a much higher rental rate, and along came David Myers.

Lucky David Myers. The going rate in the area is $300k+ I am told, and that's not for a permitted restaurant.
