Andouille on Long Island?

I usually buy my andouille sausage at Fairway - they carry Aidells or Schaller & Weber - both are fine, but nothing special. Any other ideas of where I could go to find authentic andouille in Nassau, Suffolk, or Queens?

Hey jmax. I love the Andoullie at Uncle Guiseppe's in Smithtown. No name brand, but delcious with good heat. Paul Prudhomme website is very good too, but you must order a larger quanity. Good Luck!!

I do believe both Trader Joe's and Waldbaums carry andouille, also give The Forest Pork Store In Huntington a call they may carry it.

Be advised that while Trader Joe's may have other varieties of andouille, the one I buy there is a chicken/turkey combo with NO pork. On the other hand, it is organic.
