Go to Tableau at Wynn before they change it.

Yeah. The chef is going over to Encore and they're changing the name and menu. The guy I spoke to wasn't able to tell me an exact date but Encore opens next year so I'm assuming Tableau should be around for a few months.

Bouchon, Bouchon, Bouchon. Everything about it was absolutely incredible. It ain't cheap; breakfast for two ended up a hair over 50 bucks. The easy justification is that it's the cheapest Thomas Keller meal you'll find anywhere.

For ambiance, you really can't beat the Peppermill. It's a good coffee shop with the atmosphere firmly stuck in the 1970s and 1980s. There's nothing like it. Split the Fresh Fruit (that's what to order, not the Western Fruit Plate) with someone, have a cup of coffee or a Bloody Mary, life is good.

My suggestion would be to go to Bouchon and request seating on the patio.
