Acadiana, Ceiba, or Poste for Restaurant Week Dinner?

HELP. A friend and I have to choose between these three restaurants for a RW dinner and are struggling immensely with the decision. We would love some chowhounders to break the tie for us.

Todd Kliman did an interesting analysis of how to pick a restaurant for RW in his chat this morning. Of the 3 you're considering, only one would be on his list: Poste.

Todd Kliman may find Ceiba unremarkable, but I think it is really quite good, and rather consistant, and they offer a huge portion of the menu, I haven't been to Poste or Acadiana for RW so I can't compare for you, just let you know I did have a very nice experience at Ceiba.

I think Acadiana is the more special food. Poste is really not all that -- decent bistro food filled with boisterous people with fake tans. Good fries tho.

I think all 3 are solidly good restaurants. Personally I would go with Ceiba. I went a number of years ago and remember they offer almost the entire menu (or at least a number of options in each category). Plus they have a great drink list!!
