Will be in Seattle for exactly 36 hours - seeking traditional japanese fare, but being that it is a sunday evening i can't expect the world.

What's the most exciting place in the city? Do I need a rsvp?

For a very personalized (but overpriced imo) tradtional experience, try Kappo http://www.chisoseattle.com/kappo/men... (must call ahead to reserve as they tend to only prepare enough food for their reservations, not for walk-ins
