NOCA Sunday Dinner
Decided to try out NOCA for the 3 course Sunday meal.
Service was already operating above the norm. It is hard to believe this was the opening weekend.
The food was excellent and ,for the quality, a definite bargain.
My wife and I were wondering why so many great phoenix restaurants are also located in strip malls...
We can't wait to go back and check out the full menu.
