Holy Guacamole - E'ton

Yesterday at the downtown farmers' market, I had my best Mexican food experience in Edmonton. It came from an adorable, tiny green trailer home to Holy Guacamole. WOW, WOW, is all I can say. The chirizo quesadilla was devine. Other regulars said that everything from the little green trailer is equally as good.

I encourage you to hit this great place before the market closes for the winter.

    1. They set up their trailer during the weekday in the park next to the new Sobey's. I've tried their food twice and well, I have to say it was disappointing. Maybe they're selling their leftovers during the week and only sell the fresh stuff on the weekend?

I had better Mexican from the stand that sets up a stall in the market, and have seen many long lines there as opposed to zero lines at the green trailer.
