30th Bday November in Paris

My sister and I are going to Paris in November for my 30th birthday. I am looking for a very nice restuarant that will offer a delicious meal with great wine pairing. We will then be looking for a place with great nightlife and after dinner drinks, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

In addition, recommendations for lunch would be helpful as well. We prefer off the main route places that only the locals would know!

It depends upon how much money you want to spend. The places Souphie mentioned are all 3-star and cost a small fortune, especially when you compare our dollar with the euro.

True. In general, you're not very specific about your expectations and tastes, your foodie experience, etc. It would help.

If you're looking for a top restaurant, great pairings actually limit the scope to l'Astrance, Savoy, l'Arpège... Le Bristol had Lucas Carton's former sommelier but he left so it's unsure now.
