Kangaroo Island recommendations?

My wife and I are coming to Oz for a month in September. We're going to be staying on Kangaroo Island for around 3 days. Does anyone have any food recommendations on the island? By good luck, we will be there during the art festival, so I am not sure if that changes anything.
