Santa Barbara Restaurant need a name

I dont have much to go on so here goes. It is in the mountains near SB, a favorite for travelers, known for breakfast, great view, rustic. Lotsa bikers are known to visit too. Could it be off of the 261 highway? I posted about this place before but now can't find the post.
