Las Vegas 50th Dinner Party for 24

I'm hosting a dinner party for my wife's 50th birthday in Las Vegas. There will be approximately 24 adult guests, so I assume that a prix-fixe menu will be required. This will be at the end of August, so I think the temperatures will still be too high for an outdoor venue. I need something fairly private. I plan on bringing in wine. I'd like to budget $75-$100 per person.

Thanks in advance.

Rosemary's private room would be worth looking into as long as way-off-strip was not an issue.

I'm trying to keep it on or near the strip.

If you are going to bring in your own wine, I would suggest trying Envy (Renaissance Hotel, just a block off of the Strip). They have been very friendly to us in the past on corkage, and have a couple of comfortable private areas. We did a Thanksgiving for 14 people last November, and the staff handled our party quite well.
