Monday lunch near AMA Conference Cntr

Thanks for the help regarding Sunday evening in Chicago; this one may be tougher. I am attending a conference at the AMA Executive Conference Center on West Higgins Road on Monday. We have an hour for lunch -- any suggestions? All that I seem to locate nearby is an array of chains.
