Alejandro Ruiz from Casa Oaxaca will be cooking there Saturday 2nd and the following Tuesday . Then Sunday the 10th Juantxo Sanchez from el Lago in D.F. He is from the Escuela de Cocina de San Sebastian he will be bringing seasonal ingredients form D>F Manzanilla will host a gargantuan dinner prepared by Enrique Olvera from Pujol , Pedro Martinez from Tezka , Guillermo Gonzales from Pangea , Jair Tellez from Laja , Antonio de Livier from La Frida . Beautiful gardens and a great mix of art. Next weekend I look forward to a day iof wine tasting in the Valle, dinner at Laja and, on Sunday, the Concurso de Paellas. 80+ paella competitors, music, the shade of oaks and dancing.
