Summer Prix Fixe Menus in Las Vegas?
I'm on my to LV this weekend and am looking for quality Prix Fixe Menus under $60/person food only. I noticed a LV TV review online that said a number of restaurants were offering discounted meals this summer and mentioned a few, but I cannot find them now. We'll be at the Venetian and will be having activities as far south as the MGM.
Here's what I've found so far. Any comments if I can only go to 3?
MGM Summer Menus - $60/person:
Nobhill - Got reservations
Craftsteak - Good Reviews
Shibuya - Interesting menu, no reports so far
MGM s Summer Menus I am not considering
L'Atelier (Joel Rubichon) - Good reviews, but $75/person
Wolfgang Puck & Grill

Lunch Prix Fixe w/web coupon ($23/person) - already have reservations
Dinner Prix Fixe w/web $25 off $100 bill coupon ($55 less $12.50 = $42.50
Lotus of Siam - No special, but great quality and easily in price range
BOA & Sushi Roku are having a summer 20% off everything on the menu promo.
Roy's summer fusion $35 prix fixe.
Wolfgang Puck Chain Prix Fixe
Spago (Forum) - 5 course $65
Chinois (forum) - 3 course $29
Postrio Patio Cafe(Venetian) - $45/couple
Trattoria del Lupo(Mandalay) - $40 prix fixe
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill(MGM) - Market menu $45

Thanks for any tips and suggestions and comments ...
I went last week to the summer tasting at Craft. It was delicious and plenty of food. The only thing you need to realize is that everyone at the table has to get it..its served family style (so you all have to agree). It wasnt a problem for us -- we knew that coming in. All of the MGM tasting menus can be found on the MGM website. Hard to beat the 60.00 a person and the wine pairings were lovely too for an additional 30. Nobhill is also a great deal as you would normally never get away for that kind of price for a three course meail there although I like other things on their menu better and I would probably pay for it.
I didn't get a chance to try it, but the Palm in the Forum Shops at Caesar's is doing a special now where they will serve a four pound lobster split for two with two salads and a side dish for $95. You can also upgrade to the five pound lobster for $110, which would still be in your price range.
