Lunch Help in Milwaukie/Clackamas TC

I will be working in Milwaukie, out near the Clackamas Town Center Mall, for the next couple of weeks. We will be going out to a lot of business lunches. Can anyone recommend things in the area that aren't giant chain stores? Any recs for nice sit down places as well as some hole in the wall Mexican/Deli/BBQ/etc.? Anything within 15 minutes from there would be great!

Thanks in advance!

I just thought of one more place that might interest you. There is a trailer that serves BBQ in the parking lot of the Sportsmans' Warehouse down off of 82nd and Johnson Creek Blvd. It's called Hog Wild. That's a good place, too; they compete successfully in BBQ competitions, even.

There are an awful lot of the chain-type places out there near 82nd or Sunnyside: Stanford's, Olive Garden, Red Robin, Applebee's, etc. The closest nice "surprise" I can think of is a Thai place on 82nd Avenue in the same building as the Starbuck's, just south of Johnson Creek Blvd. It looks like nothing, but it's good. (Arawan? I'm not sure of the name.) #2, if you go down 82nd to Division, Wong's King Seafood at 8733 SE Division has dim sum lunches, and that's good. That's very popular, so you might want to skip that if you can't get there on the early end of lunch time, but I think that's within 15 minutes. There's Gustav's, east of I-205 just off of Sunnyside, which is German food. That's a little different than the chain places, the food is reliable, and it's a good place to take a meat-eater. You could probably get down to Sellwood in 15 minutes, depending on where you are in Milwaukie; Caprial's Bistro is very nice, as is the Springwater Grill (not sure if Springwater has lunch). If someone can chime in, there are some true hole-in-the-wall burrito places on 82nd and thereabouts, but the names escape me.
