ideal dinner carry-out options near Harvard Square

I have two that I'll try based on previous Havard Square area recommendations:
DARWIN'S daily specials, pre-made sandwiches.
CHARLIE's double Lobster roll special, chicken or pork kebobs, twin lobster roll, seasoned fries, fried green beans.

Any other suggestions? I like the idea of Darwin's better than Charlie's, and prefer clean-tasting, healthier fare. Pricey is okay.

And...since Charlie's sounds like a fried/burger type of joint... is it better than Begood? I find Begood's burger and fries dry but clean tasting.

I'd add Flat Patties to your list - the grilled chicken and burger are both good. Also Pinocchio's for great pizza - they have several slices that come loaded with veggies which up the healthiness as much as pizza can be made healthy.
