Ideas for tremezzi appetizers/Italian happy hour

We're having friends over for drinks and appetizers and, having just returned from Italy, I'd love to recreate a casual type of spread like you might get at a bar in Italy. We'll have some olives and fancy chips, maybe some fried eggplant or zucchini, but what I'd really like are some nice little finger sandwich type bites. I plan on doing some thin baguette slices with good salted butter and thin radish slices, but I'd like to have a little variety. Any ideas for that or something similar? I'm trying to go for something that I can make in advance that's laid back and tasty. Thanks!
