Many of the other restaurants classed as French seem to be more Euro-continental or Modern French Fusion (judging by the menus). Any other suggestions? I have not been to La Chaumiere in a long time, it was always expensive but good. I haven't been to Bistro Provence in Okotoks since the change of ownership, although Gilchrist seems to like it. It's a bit far to go for dinner depending on where you live.
