I haven't tried this one, but I definitely will. I have tried many of their cheeses and have found them all to be excellent. I particularly like the goat cheese with pepper flakes, although the proper name escapes me.

The best bleu cheese I've ever had. Super pungent and strong flavor, but so, so delicious, all the things you want in a bleu. It packs a wallop, to be sure. Made by nice folks with lots of love, too. You can visit their farm in Dripping Springs, I believe. Their Del Cielo is a nice cheese, as well, and their chevre..l. Actually, to be perfectly honest, I think they make some of the best cheeses around, and I like every single one of them that I've tasted. Getting Pure Luck cheeses regularly is one of the best perks of living in Austin, if you ask me.
