Problems with videos

danhole Jul 30, 2008 12:21 PM

For the life of me I cannot access any of the videos. I used to be able to sort of watch them, but they were very jerky and freeze framed a lot, ut I could get the gist of it. The last one I could view was the Tasters video on the Pizza Hut pastas.

Now It won't do anything, no matter what I try. I am on a Mac 10.3.9, but when I am at my daughters, and using her PC, I click on a video, which plays for about 4-5 seconds, stops and then goes to the next one, and repeats the 4-5 seconds and then goes to the next, and on and on. Is there some plug in I need?

Another thing is that when I did have access to a video, I would have to force quit after watching, because it totally locked up my computer.

I know you guys have your hands full right now, but since you don't provide a written transcript (and I am so curious about that cheese rind one) I would like to figure this out. Thanks a lot.

Can you reinstall Flash on your browser? This sometimes happens to me for all Flash videos on the internet. Often I see additional problems with not being able to play or hear sound. Can you try that?
