ISO: Better quality coffee makers in T.O.

Hello Hounds!

Would you know where I can find a good selection of high end coffee makers in Toronto? Specifically, I'm looking for coffee makers like the Capresso MT500 Plus or similar.

I'm looking for good quality coffee makers not found at Canadian Tire -- the kind which usually cost near the $200 mark (but not a lot more than that).

Any recommendations as to where I can shop?

Thanks in advance!

  1. Crema at Dundas and Quebec in the Junction is selling one of the Technivorm machines. I haven't used one, but there seems to be a pretty general consensus on that these are awesome machines.

      Hey Josh,

I've heard the positive buzz about the Technivorm and thought about getting one. However, I changed my mind after learning that it's a pain to clean because it has many small parts.

    2. Try the new Green Bean on the corner of Bathurst and Bloor. They carry a huge selection of green (unroasted), roasted beans as well as coffee makers, and other coffee related paraphenalia. Of course, they will also make coffee and serve you an ice cream too. Bonne chance.
