He has an article in today's food section with three dessert recipes:  berries jubilee with peach sorbet, rose wine jelly and espresso granita, each with accompaniments.

      <content>I've often wondered what those wine gelatins taste like.  Seems like if you like wine you'll like it, right?  

Epicurious has a wine gelatin fruit terrine type of thing along similar lines that I've wondered about too.</content>
