Non-corporate coffee in Carrollton/Addison area

I'm looking for local coffee shops in the Carrollton area/Addison area. I know Dunn Brothers is in Addison but am not sure what else is available..

There is a place in Carrollton at the intersection of Hebron and Old Denton in the Kroger shopping center can't think of the name but it's really really nice and they make great coffee. It's a nice place for a business meeting.

yes that is the name of the coffee shop Escape it's really a cute place and we like thecoffee better than starbucks. It's not so strong.

Yes, very sad to see so many starbucks in the area with no alternatives.. I have to go to Drip to get my beans. I've even tried the addison coffee beans at central market, not on par...

A quick google search shows that it is going to be tough finding non-corporate cofee in the area. There has to be something but I don't know the area that well.
I'm sure the coffee lovers on the boards know of something though.

I don't know that area really well but I've never heard of anything there. I drive all the way out to WR Coffee or Drip, from Plano, to buy beans. I know there's a couple of new places popping up but I think they're either in Dallas or Frisco.
