Miami / Ft. Lauderdale Seafood - Casual with Water View?

Can anyone recommend a good place to go for casual seafood i.e. fried shrimp, oysters, fish etc that is by the water. The place I want would be like Captain Jim's or Catfish Deweys but they are both not by the water.
Many Thanks

    Scotty's Landing, Coconut Grove
Monty's, Coconut Grove or South Beach
Garcia's (does the Miami River count as by the water?)
    Shuckers, North Bay Village

Of these, probably the best food is the fish sandwich at Garcia's, as for the rest, the view's really the thing (though Shuckers does good wings).
