Albany, NY Neighborhoods (or Suburbs) With Good Restaurant Options?

I'm going to be in Albany a couple of times over the next several days and was wondering which neighborhoods--or suburbs--of Albany, NY, have a number of good dining options. Outdoor dining, offbeat places, and unique spots would be preferred, and I'm definitely looking for casual restaurants. Thanks!
