For four week-end, starting with the last week-end of August, until the third week-end of September in Parma and its surrounding area there is the "Festival del Prsociutto di Parma" a very lovely and amazing way to discover this excellent food. Its process, its Museum in Langhirano, its way to be prepared for excellent dinners, and so on . . .
