Info needed on farmers' markets coastal boston to cape

Hi, I will be traveling down the coast and would love to know when and where there are any good farmers' markets within a walk from the local town docks. In particular, Scituate, Plymouth, Sandwich, Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard (Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven or Edgartown).
