Why can't you do a simple directory search to get me to my Chow?

I think that the title says it all. Why can't you do a simple directory search to get me to my Chow?

    1. I don't think I understand the question. You can get to your mychow page via the navigation bar on every page on the site -- why would you want to search for it?

When I click on my Chow, I get a page tellimg me, 'Whoops, we're sorry ...'
Once I type in the /80155 after the word profile in the URL, I get in.

That's very strange. When you type your usernumber and get to your myCHOW page, are you still logged in? You can tell by checking the top right corner of the screen. If it says 'hey, bcc' you're logged in, if it offers you the option to login instead, you're not.

To answer your previous question, yes, I did remain logged in after I typed in my user number manually.

Now, however, the situation is different. when I try to log in on the my Chow page, the browser seems to hang, sometimes it will log me in, sometimes not. Although I would have to observe the situation for a few days to be able to tell you what is going on.

I also have problems getting to My Chow, but I never tried the trick that bcc has used. I thought that was already in the url, isn't it? I mean my user number.
