I'm looking for a deli/caterer who can provide lunches (salads, sandwiches) that are made from local and/or organic ingredients to a firm in Mid-town Manhattan.

My former workplace had a similar policy - City Bakery delivers to midtown and Pret A Manger has catering possibilities as well.
