Cambodian Cuisine -new place 1664 3rd Ave(94th St) review

It is with heavy heart whenever I have to rate a restaurant poorly especially a new place but this place was soooooooooooooo bad. I ordered lunch special which was a noodle dish with beef-on receit it was "ChharKuey TeoKok"-Beef. I felt compelled to eat it because I was so hungry but left feeling so cheated and dissappointed! The portion was rather small for a $11 lunch special that came with nothing else and few shreds of beef. I made it very clear to waitress that food needs improvement. It's a huge place and don't know how they will survive with the quality of food provided.I actually was warned of this from friend who said it was bab but went to check it out for myself.

  1. I'm sorry to hear this. However, as I posted in another thread about this restaurant, my wife and her friends all of who have been eating out together once a month(a kind of girls' night out) for several years, loved the food there. I ate there about 3 days after it opened and also liked the food. I also had my wife's leftovers and liked that too. But I'm talking about dinners, not the lunch special.
