Looking for lunch options in Soho

Can anyone recommend somewhere in Soho that is funky, fun and "new-yorky" with plenty of choices for vegetarians? (fish) is ok too

Mercer Kitchen in Mercer Hotel, fits the bill as well.

New Yorky in Soho is Balthazar all the way. The place get packed but all the hustle and bustle makes it that much more fun.

Lure Fishbar is also another good option with has plenty of seafood choices. Their lobster roll is pretty awsome.
