Kouign Amman?

My aunt brought me some of these Breton pastries from a bakery outside of Salt Lake City, and they've been preying on my mind since. What God would eat if He was in the mood for a palmier. Is there a little Brittany somewhere in the city, or is there some fancy bakery that makes these?

Fauchon used to sell these and ever since they closed, I have yet been able to find another place in the city that makes these.
