That's kind of difficult because most Korean restaurants in K-town are pretty loud. If noise and crowds are an issue with your parents, I think Cho Dang Gol is not as loud as a lot of the other restaurants. I've been to Woo Chon a few times and found it a bit quieter as well -- may have to do with the location as they're located on 36th Street, off of the main drags of 32nd and 35th Street. There's Hangawi, but that's a vegetarian restaurant, and probably not what you're looking for. There are a couple of newer K-town restaurants that I haven't been to. Perhaps somebody else can comment on those.
I think if you go on the earlier side for dinner (eg. 5:30P or so), most places won't be as hectic and loud.

re: ExFlexitarian
I have to say that when I was there, I had to wait for over 1/2 hour for a table. Loved the food, but it was pretty hectic. There were a couple of big groups of about 10 in there and very noisy. But I was there around 7:30P on a Friday night.
That's why I think that if you keep it on the earlier side, your parents will have a saner experience.
