Szechuan Hot Pot Recipes?

Man I love Szechuan hot pot! Especially with ample Szechuan Peppers. I have searched though chinese cookbooks looking for recipes, but can't really find anything. Does anyone have a good recipe they can post.... I realize it's not the most complicated dish to figure out, but I want to get it right- some Szechuan places do it REALLY well- whats the secret?

Just buy Fuchsia Dunlop's "Land of Plenty." Best Sichuan cookbook presently available.

Not exactly sure how to make hot pot,but I remember one of my friends making it once,and buying a packet from Chinatown with all the ingredients for the hot pot already inside,all he had to do is make some chicken stock bring it to a boil,with the spices and lamb fat.Came out great
