Smoked Duck in Calgary?

Does anyone know where I might find smoked duck in Calgary?

I saw the following recipe, and am dying to try it. http://www.chow.com/recipes/12033?tag...

If you can't find it around town Michel Roux's cookbook Only The Best has a recipe for smoked duck on the stovetop that is delicious and fairly hassle free. The essence of it is lining a small sauce pan with foil, putting a small smoke pack in the bottom, and then putting the breasts on a rack or skewer of some sort in the pan so they don't fall onto the smoke pack and become charred.

There is a butcher shop in Avenida mall that carries smoked duck. It is frozen, but very good.

Bite Groceteria has it in Inglewood - if most anyone else has smoked Rougie duck - they essentially get it from Bite. What a wonderful sandwich!
